You REALLY don’t want this PTSD symptom!
Isn’t vomiting just about the worst thing to experience when you get an acute illness? Just imagine what it must be like if you have vomiting as a symptom of your PTSD!
That would be awful! Its bad enough when you have a stomach bug. But to have it chronically, where you don’t know for sure when it is going to pop up at unexpected times, would be a terrible experience.
Back when there was a flu bug going around, I wrote a blog post about what remedies could help which symptoms. This was written regarding vomiting as an acute illness.
You might find that some of these remedies help you feel better, calm you down, and generally help you manage the vomiting symptoms. But we really don’t want to be merely managing the symptoms. We want them to go away on a permanent basis. That is what homeopathy is all about: permanent healing.
The best way to do that is to recover from the PTSD! Homeopathy can help you do that. We get to the root of the problem that is underlying your symptoms. That may be anger, fear, anxiety, and other mental and emotional symptoms. The acute remedies above will just manage the symptoms until you heal from the PTSD.
What Can Homeopathy Do For Vomiting From Emotions?
I have a book called a repertory which tells which remedies heal with symptoms. I looked up some of the symptoms mentioned earlier. This includes vomiting from fear, anxiety, anger, anguish (which is acute distress—definitely a PTSD symptom which shows up when you are triggered).
Good News! All of them are covered by homeopathic remedies. This enables me to assure you that you can be helped too. By choosing a homeopathic remedy that covers all of your symptoms, we can get to the bottom of your PTSD or CPTSD.
In the meantime, feel free to use some of those remedies in the blog post.
