Your body is always sending you messages. You can get those messages when something is going awry. An ache or pain here, some twitching there. It could be an organic symptom that has developed. Or maybe you injured yourself and you are in denial! These little messages are what I like to refer to as Ping-Pong balls. Your body is throwing Ping-Pong balls at you. It is easy enough for you to ignore them because it is a tiny thing. Should you ignore the Ping-Pong Balls of symptoms?
Some of us wait until it is a basketball, when the symptoms are worse and you can’t ignore them. You go to the doctor, you try a remedy or essential oil on your own.
Over time, the basketballs that get ignored become bowling balls or even cannon balls. We can’t brush those symptoms aside. We must deal with them. My husband’s father died recently from Lung Cancer. It was definitely a cannon ball moment. He died within a few days of diagnosis. (Yes, he was a smoker.)
Mental/Emotional Cannon Balls
If we are lucky, we have good boundaries and good self-awareness, so that when something in a relationship starts to bother us we can take action right away. But how many people do you know who have been stunned by a spouse who wants to leave?
How many families have experienced a suicide, or have been shocked by a sudden mental health hospitalization?
In most of those situations, there have been Ping-Pong balls that someone ignored. It could be the surprised person, or it could be the one who took the action. Either way, waiting and not dealing with the issues can cause transformation from Ping-Pong to Cannon Balls.
Don’t Wait For The Cannon Balls!
6Ɩ pIʌ oƆ
Lately my colleagues and I have helped folks with 6Ɩ p ᴉΛoƆ cases that have been getting worse and worse over the course of a few days. People have been suffering needlessly. They should have called sooner.
Just like chronic illness, it is harder to treat when you wait. Do not wait to treat 6Ɩ pIʌ oƆ. I have written in previous blog posts that when you first get that small cold symptom—maybe a scratchy throat, a runny nose, a chill. As long as they aren’t really specific symptoms, take a couple of doses of Aconite 30c. Then, reach out to me and get help.
Maybe your first symptom is loss of taste and smell. The longer you wait to treat it, the harder it is to recover. Taste can also be altered, instead of lost. Entrenched symptoms become, at worst, Cannon Balls. At best, Basketballs.
6Ɩ p ᴉΛoƆ symptoms can turn on a dime. You can feel like it is just a minor cold one hour and the next, you are completely exhausted and having trouble breathing. This is nothing to mess around with.
I encourage you to call and get help. But even better, I am offering a course which you can sign up for here. This course has an optional kit, and it allows you to take the course online on your own time. You will learn how to deal with most symptoms of 6Ɩ p ᴉΛoƆ before they turn into symptoms that are worse. Read more and sign up here.
